I am looking at this absence letter template,

indefinite-leave-to-remain/employer-let ... 67381.html

I am going to request HR department to provide me all holidays I had since last 7 years, 2 years on PSW, 5 years on Tier 2...

I have few questions,

- Does my employer only need to provide absences where i was out of country or all of them ?
- Does total number of days include bank holidays for example if I leave in start of December till middle of January do they need to count all days or just working days ?


I will be applying for Tier 2 based on 5 years completing soon.

Absence on PSW is irrelevant if you are applying for ILR based on Tier 2.

Just get then to state you were on annual leave and away from the UK from, for example, 20th December 2017 until January 6th 2018.

You only need to state the dates you were out of the UK for.

I am not sure if I need to explain time in lieu holidays, I get 25 days holidays but I took 4 working days extra holidays, should I ask employer to explain that ? I am so confused
