Stolen passport with ILR stamp/visa

Hello,

My passport containing my ILR was stolen in September of last year. I had to apply for a new South African passport, which I’ve finally received today.

I’d be grateful if anyone has advice/or guidance on how to get my ILR back into my new passport? I’ve had my ILR since 2009. Unfortunately don’t have the letter issued to me on the day I was in Croydon, which adds to my frustration. All I have is copies of my old ILR, which was in my stolen passport.

Any assistance will be grately appreciated.

Many thanks

Thank you for the link. :-) I’ve gone through the list of documents they require and was wondering whether the Home Office will accept any other documents?

I need to provide evidence from 2009 onwards.

- council tax letters, electricity, gas or water bills - Only have these available from 2014. Prior to this all utility and council tax was included in rent or paid by my employer.
- letter(s) from a GP confirming dates of attendance - Due to my health, I’ve been under primary care from Barts Hospital since 2004 and been seen on an in- or outpatient basis for cancer treatment. Will an outpatient attendance report from them be sufficient?
- letter(s) from employer(s) confirming employment - I can only find my last employment contract dating back to 2014. Prior 3 employment contracts has been lost while moving.

I’ve not been out of the country since 2011, which was only for a couple of weeks to attend a funeral.

Many thanks

Anything from employers, P60s, P45s, payslips and bank statements. Maybe do a request to HMRC for your full history and NI contributions.

Any NHS letters are fine too.

Letters from landlords also ok.
