Hi Boardmembers,

I am going to apply my ILR on 10 years long residency basis and have UK Naric letter confirming my degree on CEFR Level C1. Naric letter does not confirm statement of compareability and Medium of Instruction etc.

Is UK Naric letter confirming CEFR Level C1 is enough for ILR or I need to provide statement of compareabilty?

Many thanks

It needs to state both.

Oh, its quite sad news for me, I used this same letter to fulfill Tier 1 General application twice and got 10 points both time and family application once but now I have to apply to UK Naric again.

The form clearly states what NARIC must assess for ILR.
