After Extension Approval--what is the requirement for ILR?

Dear Members,
Got the BRP and other documents. My question is what is the requirement for the ILR thorough T1 Entrepreneur 5 Years Route?

The most important requirement is to have two employees full time for a minimum of 12 hours from the extension approval date to visa expiry date.

I didn't understand what you wanted to mean by 12 hours. Could you please explain bit more about the requirement to get the ILR thorough 5 years route?

In addition to two 12 months jobs (differentiated if you are pre or post Apr 14) for ILR there is the absence limits and life in UK test. You do not need to prove investment or english again, you do not need maintenance and genuineness is definitely still a criteria (which they seem to be taking more seriously recently with a lot of onsite long interviews)
