Hi Guys

Finally I have got my Visa approved after approx 13 months, I am the silent member of this forum, Many Thanks to all specially Zimba, Cr007 and Monarch for advise and recommendations on different topics that helped me as well.

1. My question is my Initial Ent. Visa approved on 27/02/2014 for 3 years and then i applied for ext on 22/02/2017 and I got my ext. for 2 years upto 10/03/2020, now can i apply for ILR after one year I mean on 10/03/2019 with two full time employments for 12 months or do i have to complete 2 years and show 24 months 2 full time employments?

2. My wife is in UK on dependent visa since March 2013 at that time I was on PSW, can she apply for ILR at the same time on 10/03/2019.

3. My son Born in UK in Nov 2014 I have got his Extension approved as well, do I have to apply for his ILR as well or furhter extension ?

Please advise guys

Kind Regards

You become eligible for ILR on 26/02/2019, so you can apply from 28 days before that date, so from 30th Jan 2019 onwards. Since that would be less than 1 year from your extension award, you can use employment for the 12 months before your application date - i.e from Jan 2018 onwards. So, if you had two full time employees working from Jan 2018, you will meet the requirements.

Yes, as long as she was dependant on your visa throughout.

Not unless you want your son to maintain the original citizenship. Otherwise, you can apply for his citizenship directly once your ILR is approved.
