Hi,

I am confused from what date to calculate 28 days to apply for ILR.

I am married to a Brittish Citizen and I am here on a spouse visa.

First visa granted 20/08/2013. I entered the UK on 28/08/2013

My second visa (Residence Permit) issued 18/04/2016 - valid until 29/10/2018. Am I correct to say I can apply for ILR on 23/07/2018?
I want to apply through the Visa premium service centres.

Your residence starts from the date you entered the UK, so any time within 28 days before 28th August 2018.

Kindly refrain from giving incorrect information. The link you have provided is only relevant to PBS route ILR applications and NOT to spouse of BC ILR applications, as is the case with the OP in this topic.

The OPs residence starts from the date they entered the UK.
