Transitional arrangement JOB Creation After Extension and ILR.

HI,

Someone requested to clarification of Job creation after extension:

She got approval extension 30 Oct 2017.

1-Initial Application applied 1 March 2014 and Got approval 7 April 2014( 7 April DATE on Brp) Is She qualifies for the transitional arrangement? Because on extension time she applied only 2 employees 12 months each.

Note: She got approval 7 April date and rules been change 6 April.

2-If transitional arrangement ok she had 3 Staff full time 1 Nov 2017 until 31 April 2018.
One staff 2 Feb 2018 to 31 July 2018. (4 employees 6 months Each)

She applying March 2019.

Is she fine with JOB Creation or She needs to two employees for 12 months each?

I said she will be fine but she wanted more clarification from like Zimba :lol: :)

One more thing She has 1 full-time Employee he doing 130 hours per month 5.60 minimum wages.
Is that ok full time employee as gross pay 728£ ?

I’m sorry natasha I’m not an expert but I think the minimum wage is £7.50

Yes, assuming this is an employee under 20 years of age

Yes, she is under the transitional arrangements and the 4 employees of 6 months each will meet the requirements

She said He is under 20 age. so his minimum washes 5.60.

So 5.60 x130= 729 Is it a full-time job? Because I heard one person got rejected from HO as CW consider his job as Part-time.

Yes, it is a full time job. I can't unfortunately comment on things you have heard
