I am the spouse having BP. but since my wife was not eligible during the time when i was eligible, the Visa was stamped newly on 19th Mar 2013.

The family entered 28th Mar 2013 and left India on 10 jun 2013. After a 96 days break they came again on 15th Sep 2013 and left India on 04th nov 2013. There was 220 days break after that and entered with same Visa on 12th jun 2014 and till now here in UK went for small vacations every year to India. With new continuous leave rule, will my family be eligible for the ILR this year or do i need to wait one more year? Can some help me on this

The new absence limit does not apply to PBS dependent visas issued before 11th January 2018.

They could have applied for ILR already on 1st March.

The fees go up on 6th April too.

Thanks a lot for the quick reply. So you confirming i can apply for ILR now even if the dependents were not here more than 180 days in a year. I am waiting for the NAARIC certificate for applying... but if dependent are eligible as you confirmed.. i can try sending the postal application.
