I lost my passport and am going from T1G dependent to ILR - application date is next week! Hence, dont have evidence for dates outside UK!
Is a Statutory Declaration / affidavit regarding absences enough?

Also, should my sponsor show evidence of income and / or other evidence of work ( for T1G dependent to ILR in general )?

Which passport have you lost, and old expired one or your current one?

There is no maintance fund requirment for PBS Dependents applying for ILR. You can submit 3 months payslips and bank statements to show you can maint yourselves from income.

The passport lost is the one currently used ( including all travel in the last five years ). I have got a replacement passport, but dont have the dates on them ( obviously ).

He is not working in the last 3 months, and hence, there are no payslips! There are funds in the account though. Will this be a problem?

I am not working.

Its just that he is not working currently.
