Hello zimba and other gurus,

I entered on Tier 1 entrepreneur visa route in April 2014 along with my wife and two kids.

Got a successful extension in July 2017 which is valid to July 2019.

Now I cannot apply for ILR because of my drink and drive conviction so I would be applying for second extension.

My question is that can my wife and kids apply for ILR as the would be completing their 5 years under Tier 1 Entrepreneur route?

Please advise.

No they cannot. A PBS dependent can only apply for ILR when the main PBS visa holders applies for ILR or once the main PBS visa holders has already got ILR.
The only time the PBS Dependent can apply for ILR independently is if they have 10 years long residence.

All of you will have to apply for an extension.
