Hi,

I am Currently on Tier2 General - I was on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa for the last 3 Years then my Extension Approved for Another 2 Years -After proving the Docs By creating jobs and Investing Money in My Business as per the rules.
On my 4th Year, I switched From Tier 1 to Tier2

Now I am planning for the 5years ILR -

My question is: What are the Documents I need to Attached for my Tier1 (4Years) when I am going for my ILR Under tier 2 - 5 Years Rule.

Can Anyone Help me on this pls?

As i already shown the Proof of investment and the Jobs creation during my First extension of Tier1 (Ent) - Do i still need to keep the proof while going for the ILR. Do I need any sort of absence letter for my TIer1 (Ent)

As I said documents are optional to keep and may be asked. You need absence letter only for the period you spent as Tier 2 migrant

Last question: I already Submitted All the necessary Docs during my First Teir1 Extension - Do I still Need to Submit those documents. What docs required for my last year of Tier 1 ?

Do I still need to carry -
Share Certificates
p60 and P45 for employees - Till switch to tier2
FPS - P11
monthly fps
payslips for the employees - Till switch to tier2
Company Accounts - Till date

Hi, I have a question in Filling my application form -

There is a question in Immigration History

6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date you entered the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.

I came to UK First Entry - 22/01/2009 AS Student then I went back and then return through PSW - So is it should be the Date I entered to UK first time or Date I Enter UK via PSW visa on 07-02-2011?

But I am making the application based on Tier 1 granted on 2013 + Tier 2 - So what Should I answer for this question 6.1 ?


Question 2:
6.7 What date was your last period of leaving valid until?

Is it means my Current Visa Valid Until or my Previous one Valid Until Date?
