Indefinite leave and carer allowance

Can someone please advice regarding my wife indefinite leave to remain.
I am a British citizen and work part time and receiving carer allowance / housing benefit and child tax credit as I do have 3 kids.
How can I staisfy the income requirement for spouse indefinite.
Please advice.
