Hi all, I am on FLR M visa at the moment which runs out a month before I am eligible for ILR. I have applied for an extension of FLR M, meantime I am eligible for my ILR. How can I apply/switch for ILR as all my documents are with home office. TIA

Useful to state immigration history and the full spouse visa details, i.e. start date of visa, expiry date, extensions etc
Also what basis he is applying for ILR, spouse visa or 10 years long residence!

FLRM expired on 10 March, applied for an extension. Eligible for ILR on 12 April. I have booked a premium service appointment would they accept my application Without my passport? I need to give B1 language test. I realise can’t give it without passport or biometric card. I have asked home office to return the passport to give the exam, but haven’t had any reply yet. Any suggestions what I can do in this case?

You won't get a decision on the day if you have not done the test and you don't really have time now either.
You should have done the test before applying FLR(M) if your plan was to vary your application to ILR.

I have requested to return my Passport for the test purpose. If I already have a application with home office and I apply to new one with premium service I will get a reply in 10 day instead of same day is that right?
