I booked for an in person premium Appointment on 5th April 18 and I got an appointment on 24th April 18. Online Booking didnt ask much question such as Brp , only asked for Passport Number and type of ILR application - Set O. I made the payment and after that it said download Set O form and checklist on the premium website. But the Set O is only 2 pages from the premium webite and i am guessing I still need to use the long on the below link?

Another query is I notice the Set O i filled already was version 01/2018 which is till 5th April - also the fees i paid agrees with it. I Notice now the form changed to version 04/2018. So which form should i use considering I made payment before 6th April and was the old rate? So guys confused with all this, kindly advise.

The document you download from PSC booking website is just a confirmation of your booking. It is not the SET (O) form, although, the website incorrectly refers to it as such.

You should use the latest SET (O) form. Forget about the payment pages you do not need to fill them. You must take your Appointment Booking Checklist with you to the PSC as that document is your proof of payment. You'll be asked for it.

I called UKVI Today and they were not very sure about it, though when requested to confirm, they said please use 01/2018 as it syncs in with my payment?

I'm not sure. I remember reading somewhere that the old form remains valid for certain number of days (can't remember how many) after a new version is released.

I think you should use the latest one based on the fact that I was asked if I had used the latest form prior to case registration at PSC. Also, I don't know if any new rules came into force from 6th of April, except the fee increase, I expect the forms to be identical with exception to payment pages.

Hi, I have the same situation here. I booked my premium service before 6th of April. The set o version that I am filling- in right now is 16 January version as the price I payed sync in this version. Not sure though if I'm doing the right thing, but just to be sure I will also prepare the latest version as my plan B in case they didn't accept the old version.

Echoes - Thanks very much - Its very confusing from UKVI- UKVI said with no confidence use Version 01/2018 over the phone. I think I will print/fill/ keep both on me in case.

YYD1221 - are you applying for Tier 2 Set (O) ILR? Yes lets just fill both and keep on us.

How was your appointment on the 24th? Did you get the ILR with old form or new form? Any experience you like to share about the process? Thank you

I am also in the same situation, please can you let me know what is the outcomes. HO accepted the old version or did they request for the new version?
