Hi All,
We are going to apply for SET(M) form and was going through documents and guidance. But it wasn't clear enough from which years do we need to show documents for
1. Correspondence (5 years or last extension which was 2 years ago)
Also my wife arrive on 24 May 2013, so I should be able to apply on 30th April, am i correct? However she has visa until August 2018.
Please do let me know.
Thanks in advance
SJ

She can apply 28 days before her 5th anniversary of arriving in the UK, so around 27th April? I understand it to be correspondence covering the past two and a half years, or since the last visa was issued. However, there is also a box on the checklist asking for evidence of continuous residence so I understand that to cover the five years. It is not clear.

Thanks Michali for your reply. Yes, I was stuck on same point. However they should have all documents from 2013-2015 during visa extension. So we might be duplicating same documents, but having said that i dont have a definitive answer.

I think that when we apply next year, unless there is some clarification by then, that we will submit correspondence for the past 30 months and also submit some evidence from the past five years, such as council tax statements, one for each year. Hopefully others who are now applying will let us know how they are addressing this issue.

Hi,
Is it mandatory to fill form by handwriting or can I just fill form by editing pdf?
Thanks in advance
