WORKING HOLIDAY MAKER - 10 YEAR LONG RESIDENCE ROUTE ILR

Hiya
i want to apply for ILR using 10 Year Long Residence route, Just want to check my eligibility
I got Indian nationality
got first visa on June-2008 below are further details

June-2008 to June-2010 on WHM working holiday maker

on July-2009 while on WHM visa went back india on 6 week holidays and applied for student visa and came back on student visa within holidays on sep-2009. stayed india for 48 days only
went back india without expiry of last visa and re-entered uk again on new visa

then
SEP-2009 to SEP-2011 ON TIE4 STUDENT VISA
SEP-2011 to SEP-2013 ON PSW - POST STUDY WORKER
SEP-2013 to till dated TIER-2 general visa expiring on SEP-2019

actually i can apply for 5 year route on tier-2 but my employer got UKVI visit and they suspended their license. so i do not want to get any chance

please let me know if i am eligible and when can i apply for 10 year long residence route

What date did you ENTER the UK in 2008??

Do you have dependents in the UK on PBS Dependent visas?
