ILR 28 day rule

Hi
5 year completion date: 24.04.2018
Visa expiration date: 09.11.2018
Does anyone know exactly when I can apply for ILR? 28 days before a) expiry of visa or b) 5 year completion date?

Expiration date of visa
That's not correct. It is 28 days before completing 5 years. I believe the OP is qualified to apply for ILR now if the OP will complete 5 years on 24/04/2018. You don't have to wait till the visa expires before applying for ILR, you can apply for ILR once you have completed 5 yrs or 28 days before completing 5 yrs.

You are eligible to apply ILR since 27th March 2018 but must apply before 9th Nov 2018 as stated above as your visa expiry date
