10 year route ILR - Spouse status?

Hi, I am eligible for UK ILR through 10 years route by Oct'2018. I am getting married by Apr'2018 and will bring my spouse to UK on Tier-2 (ICT) dependent as I am currently holding a Tier-2 (ICT) work visa being on a permanent position.

Please clarify my following queries,
Can my spouse apply for an ILR along with me by Oct'2018? If not, should my spouse switch the visa category to ILR dependent from Tier-2 (ICT)?
When will my spouse become eligible for UK ILR assuming my spouse is NOT working in UK?

When will my spouse become eligible for UK ILR assuming my spouse is NOT working in UK?
5 years (2.5 x 2.5) from the date her FLR(M) visa is issued as her immigration clock will be re-set to zero when she switches visa categories from PBS Dependent to spouse.
This will be an expensive process as there will be new visa fees to pay when applying for FLR(M).
