FLR(DL) or SET(O) form after 6 year discreationary leave

Hi there,
I would like to know what form to use for settlement after 6 year discretionary leave, FLR(DL) or SET(O)??
My first Discretionary was given under article 8 after my Asylum claim was refused.
Also, can I apply for settlement using the Premium service to avoid the hassle of waiting?
