Hello guys,

My ILR has been approved on 12th April, I haven't received my BRP yet!

I've applied through T-2 5 year route, I have reported here on 26th April

received an automated standard reply, haven't seen any further reply, from going through others posts I figured out that they may definitely take 5 working days.

Any other way to chase this up, I'm under process of applying for visiting visa's for my in-law's.

Any response would be appreciated.

I am in the same situation. I did apply in person on 11th July but after 8 working days no news.

How did you finally sort out the issue?

The letter does state 'within 7-10 workding days' and it is NOT yet 10 working days and it also can sometimes take longer. Phone DX Couriers and ask if they have anything for you!!

Thanks for your comment. I called DX but they did not have anything for me at the moment. My colleagues, who applied few months ago, got their BRPs within few days of the application date. I have booked NDRS for my child citizenship, who was born here in the UK, assuming I will get my BRP in time. Now I have to submit my ILR letter instead of BRP which does not explicitly confirm grant of ILR.

Don’t panic you will certainly get it . Even my ILR BRP was delayed but it seems HO aren’t coping well .i reckon you would have got it by now good luck with your child’s application!!

Thanks for your kind message. I did apply for my child citizenship using JCAP/NDRS and fortunately they accepted the Home Office letter.

I also reported that our BRPs not delivered through Home Office website two days ago. I received the following reply today:

"Please be advised that there has been a technical issue with producing your BRP.

This has been passed to the appropriate team who are aware and will contact you again in due course."

I am not sure what this technical issue is and how long does it take to be fixed.

Update:

We received our BRP cards on 2/8/2018 about three weeks after the appointment date on 11/7/2018.

You need to report that you have not got your BRP card if it was not delivered after 10 working days from your appointment date.

They informed us that there has been a technical issue with producing our BRP cards. They resolved the issue and informed us about it such that we got our BRP cards after few days.

I recieved the same message on 11 of june please did you recived your BRP if yes , how long does it take to recieve .
