ILR Queries : Designation as per CoS

Hi,
Have below queries regarding the employment letters for my ILR application :

1. The designation on the Tier 2 CoS when I joined my current employer last year is mentioned as Project Lead.
After 1 year with company and some organisation restructuring my current Designation has changed to Senior Consultant.

Now, for the letter for employment verification from my employer, my employer has mentioned both my designations. i.e. as per CoS and as per current Designation.

Do you think that's ok or looks contradicting. ?

2. Does the CoS number and SOC code both needs to be mentioned in the Employment verification letter.

3. Does the Continued employment letter and Absence letter needs to be separate letters or they can be summarised on a single letter from Employer.

Please help to suggest. Thanks in advance.

Cheers

1. You don't need to produce CoS for ILR application so why do you think there will be any contradiction in your documents? If you qulaify min salary threshold then the employer letter needs to state that applicant is required for foreseeable future with your SOC code, that's it.
2. Only SOC code is enough
3. Yes, ideally separate letters as it will be too much for one letter I believe.
