Dear Home Office,
My name is Nader
I work as a doctor in Peterborough
1- I have entered UK on 6th of June 2013
Started working in UK (Wales ) with Tier 2 visa on 10th June 2013 and finished first job on 6th of August 2013.
I started my current job on 16th of September 2013 with a new Tier 2 visa approved on 20th of August 2013
Before starting the current job I traveled back home for a visit between 25th August 2013 and 16th of September with a valid visa ( but I cannot remember whether it was the old job valid visa or the new job visa )
Am I eligible to apply this June , or there will be a problem for the gap between the 2 jobs in 2013 ?

2- My current Tier 2 visa , as well as my wife's and my daughter's Tier 2 dependent visa will expire on 14th of August 2018
I may be eligible to apply for ILR this June( if there were no problems as per question no. 1 ).
The question is regarding my wife and daughter:
My wife and daughter have entered UK on 14th of October 2013
So they will be eligible for ILR, by minimum , on 17th of September 2018 .
Can they apply with me by any chance ?
If not what will be their situation after expiry of their current visa on 14th of August 2018 and their eligibility to apply , starting from 17th of September 2018 .

Thank you so much

Yours faithfully,
Nader

1. Yes you qualify if you meet all the requirements for ILR.

2. What is the visa start date for your wife and daughter??

Tier 2 dependent extension.

She is 4 days short to qualify and apply for ILR as she can apply anytime after 18th August 2013.

Ok... so Tier 2 dependent extension
1-Can she apply for it even if I am ( the main applicant ) has changed my visa from Tier2 to ILR ?
2-How long will that Tier 2 dependent extension last for? Is it just until she is elgible to apply for ILR , or can she stay a while with the Tier 2 ( as it will be alot of money to pay in a short period ) .
3- No way to apply for her 4 days earlier ... even by post ??

Thank yoi so much

1. Yes.

2. It is a 3 year extension.

3. She could apply for the Tier 2 dependent extension by post and then vary her application to ILR when she meets the requirement.

Ok...
Sorry for many questions
If I did that applicaion alteration for her .. will we need to pay the fees for both applications or will pay the difference .
And do you know how roughly does it take for ILR by post
Thank you so much
