I hold a Tier 2 dependent visa. My wife already has her ILR.

I am applying for my ILR tomorrow morning. I have a last minute question and need your help please.

Entry into the UK - 06-06-2013
Tier 2 Dependent Visa Expires: 15-05-2018

In the SET (O) application form, what should I tick under Section 12 - Documents.

I have completed 12 A.
Are any other sections under 12 relevant to me as a Tier 2 dependent applying for ILR.
Also do I need to complete 12I.

One other question. The first few pages of the SET(O) form contains fields to fill payment details. But I have already made an online payment. Do I need to fill anything under the Payment section again?

Leave blank as you have already paid.

The same form is used for postal applications, where the payment sheet must be completed.
