Hi, On 15July, 2018 I am eligible for ILR after completing 6 years discretionary leave.
I want to apply by same day service.
I have a daughter as well 12 months old. Should I mention her in my application or not?. I am confused some solicitor says that I should apply her ILR with me, some says that I should wait for my ILR and after that I can apply british passport for her straightway . what should I do? ,
My husband have also applied dependent visa on me.
Thanks in advance

UK born children are eligible to be registered for British citizenship once at least one of the parents is granted ILR. So apply for ILR without your child and register her directly for BC afterwards.

No, you would just register your child as a British citizen using form MN1 as per my understanding.

At the same time maybe mention you have a child born here sand that you would obviously have parental responsibilities.
