Hi,
I have a situation. I would like your help on the set(m) ILR application. I am with the same employer for last 12 Months. I am being Paid for £2500 (gross income per month) for the last 7 months. However, I was paid only 1000 pounds for the earlier 5 Months due to Non-availability of projects. I am a British citizen and will be my wife's /Child's sponsor for her ILR through 5 year route to fill the set(m) application.
According to Current salary structure, my annual income is £30,000 per year. To apply for my Wife's ILR with my daughter the minimum Income to be shown before tax is £22,400 per year.
So, In the set(m) application, i have the following doubts
Section 8.3
Current annual salary: £30,000(calculated based on my last 6 months payslip) or £22,500 (my salary calculated based on my last 12 months payslip)
Section 8.3 a
(xiv) What is your/your sponsor’s annual income
from your or their current employment before tax
(£)? Should it be 30,000 or 22,500 (my annual income based on my previous 12 months payslip)
regards
Karthik
