Hi anyone please help me in this matter. I am in Tier 2 visa applying for my 5 years route ILR . I have taken 20 days paid holidays in the month of April 2017 . Again after two months end of June 2017 I had to go to my home country as my mother was hospitalized due to a car accident. My initial plan was for 10 days , later I had to extend my stay for another 20 days due to some medical examinations based on my long time illness. So total absence in the year of 2017 (from January 2017 to December 2017 ) 52 days not continuously (in April 20 days then came back to UK again traveled end of June) . Does this going to affect my ILR application. 4 weeks leave in the month of June taken was unpaid leave. Please, I would really appreciate your valuable advise on this matter. When I checked the guidance as per some previous threads, it is saying about 4 weeks absence allowed in the events of maternity /paternity/adoption/medical does these 4 weeks a calendar year? maximum 4 weeks only allowed?? in a calendar year including paid and unpaid? please please advise.
