Confusion Around When to Apply For ILR from T1 Enterpreneur!!!

Hi All,
I got Initial Tier 1 Enterpreneur in Late March 2013. Applied for renewal in March 2016, application was refused around May 2016. Applied for Administrative review immediately, AR refused after 2 weeks. Then applied for fresh application, which obviously ended section 3C leave.
T1 extension was granted in Dec 2016. My understanding is that as the extension was granted , the 5 years continuous legal stay remains intact. My question is that from when can I apply for ILR? I will appreciate any urgent responses. Thanks everyone .

From somewhere in Feb 2018 (so you are eligible now)

Thank you Mcnarth! A solicitor was saying because the admin review was refused and we had to make a fresh application, that I may have to wait till sept 2018, that’s not right, isn’t it?

These are the kind of solicitors that need to be avoided and maybe even reported to the HO.
Not only is it flat out wrong, I wonder where the Sep 2018 date came from

Under 39E such a period of overstaying will be disregarded. Fire your solicitor please

If the decision of the T1E extension was late till the time that you spent already 5 years, can you apply for ILR. Or you have to have an answer for the extension first? Thank you in advance

You can apply ILR from late of March 2018 because you stay in the 5 years with tier1 E system.
