Hi

I'm looking for some guidance please.

We received our ancestral visas in August 2013, before the NHS surcharge became applicable in 2015.

When we apply for ILR in August 2018, will we be required to pay the NHS surcharge?

ILR application does NOT have an IHS requirement at all
