Hi guys, I have an offer from a company on the Jersey Island. I want to find out if the ILR obtained through Jersey can be used in the UK. Thanks.
Yes, you can get ILR in Jersey for the lawful time spent in the UK. It gives you the same rights in the UK as well as the crown dependencies.
Remember that the crown dependencies operate their own immigration system but the rules are almost identical to the UK immigration system.
