ILR FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT FOR PERSON ON SPOUSAL VISA

Can someone please tell me what the financial requirement is for someone on a spousal visa (5 years route) when applying for the ILR soon after the second 2 & half years is completed. My income is currently not close to what I am seeing on the other links and it seems no one is talking about it much or I am missing those links. Thanks in advance for your help & response.

So I assume 35k plus is for people that are on other routes

Yea
It is for those on Tier 2 visas that are normally sponsored by a company and due to them requiring them for their services as it would not be available in the UK.
