Hi,
Thanks to everyone who is helping other members. 1- I need to find out earliest possible date to apply ILR Set (M) spouse at PSC appointment:

I switched within Uk on Spouse Leave to Remain on 15-07-2014 , Spouse extension date 21-12-2016 which will expire on 17-07-2019, So i have been issued 5 years plus 2 days Spouse LTR . Would it be a valid application if my PSC appointment is on 18-06-2019 ?

2- I submitted SELT approved IELTS Life skills English test when applied for Extension of Spouse LTR which will expire before I apply for ILR , can I submit again this expired test for ILR and subsequently for Naturalisation after approval of ILR OR Should i pass the test again as I read on this forum few members have been refused ILR due to expired test ? Thanks

1. Should be fine if that is within 28 days before the start date of your first visa.

2. Is it A1, B1 etc??

Yes, within 28 days before reaching 5 years counting from date your first spouse visa was issued. Type corrected now (damn mobile phone auto correct :D )

You can use an expired test only IF it is still from an HO approved test provider on the current list (or the one relevant at the time you apply in 2019) and is level B1 and it was used in a previous HO application.
