Hi there,

My spouse is applying for settlement after completing five years in the UK, does she have to fulfill English Language requirement (B1) alone or does she have to do the Life in the UK test too? Also what happens if she can't pass the Life in the UK test on time for the application? (if required)

LIUK Test is a must

Following are the exemptions

English B1 and LIUK is required.

If she cannot pass the test, then she will have to apply for another spouse visa extension.
