Hi,

I have been a silent reader and have seen a lot of success stories. I will be grateful for some help.
Here is my story;

- I was granted 3 years discretionary leave in June 2012 to June 2015 non asylum case.
- Made in time renewal in June 2015. Granted further 3 years in September 2015 until September 2018.
- My qualifying period (6years of discretionary leave) should be June 2018. However I have been trying to book PSC appointment and there is non available in June. I have booked it for July 2018.

My question is;

- Will there be an issue, as doing the PSC in July means I would have gone over the 6 years qualifying period but still have a valid visa until September 2018?

I will really be grateful for some advise.

Thanks.

Hello,

No it won't be an issue, in fact, you could have applied 28 days within your qualifying period, as I did too, I applied 22 days before completing the 6 year qualifying period and the BRP expiry date was in July 2018.

If you have any more questions just ask here.
