Hi,
Good morning...
I have got my ILR on 01/04/2016 and British citizenship on 08/12/2017. My wife and daughter are on 5 years route (PBS dependent) and they can apply for ILR on 15 August 2018.
1. Is it SET(O) form we need to use for the ILR?
2. What are the relevant documents required for the ILR?
3. Can they apply for the citizenship immediately after getting the ILR or do they need to wait for 12 months?
4. My daughter is born in India. After getting my wife's ILR, Can I directly apply citizenship for my daughter without ILR?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Abhishek.

Yes
2. What are the relevant documents required for the ILR?
Read the form and guidance notes.
3. Can they apply for the citizenship immediately after getting the ILR or do they need to wait for 12 months?
Yes
4. My daughter is born in India. After getting my wife's ILR, Can I directly apply citizenship for my daughter without ILR?
She needs ILR. You risk a refusal, visa expiry and loss of fee if you apply for citizenship without ILR.

Hi,
When I went through the ILR related topics on immigration board, people are talking about submitting the bank statement for past three months. Do we actually need to show any maintenance fund while applying ILR for dependant?
Regards,
Abhi.

Do I need to show any address proof of my new Address while applying for ILR?

Hi All,
I am a British citizen and my wife and daughter need to apply for their ILR. They currently hold tier 2 dependent visa. Section 12 in the SET (O) form asking for cohabitation documents. As my wife is the main applicant, does she needs to submit any cohabitation documents?
Regards,
Abhi.

Hi CR001,
I did n't fully understand your answer.
What does it mean spouse of BC 3 year residence requirement?
Is it 3 year residence in the UK?
Regards,
Abhi.
