Hi,
First of all, thanks to all especially seniors members, they always provided the best advice regarding immigration matters.
Now I need help regarding ILR,your advice will be much appreciated
Here is my immigration history
1. Student visa granted from 11/08/2008 to 29/07/2010
Enter in UK 04/09/2008
2. PSW visa granted on 18/07/2010 valid until 18/07/2012
3. Tier 1 entrepreneurs visa(PSW 50K route)applies on 17/07/12 as a team, decision made 27/01/2013 visa refused
4. On 03/02/2013 done appeal in First tier
tribunal, hearing date was 11/06/2013
5. Appeal decision 13/06/2013...appeal dismiss
6. Fresh application 11/07/2013
7. Visa granted 20/09/2013 to 16/09/2016
8. Tier 1 entrepreneur extension applied
15/09/2016
9. Extension visa granted 08/11/2016 to 08/11/2018
My question is I want to apply ILR on basis of 10 year’s long residency, I want to apply ILR using premium service, is all my time is counted toward lawfull residency,
I am just scared bcz my appeal decision was 13/06/2013 ,but I done fresh application 11/07/2013,I am not sure it’s gap is coming 28 days or 29 days ,so section C cover me or no?
Thank u so much in advance reading above
and your advice ?

Hi

As far i can see you should be fine, 28 days from 13 June is coming to 11 Jul 2013.

Your visa would have been refused in first place if it was out of time.

You've applied within allowed grace period of 28 days, If it was 29 days then you would be been an overstayer and eventually refused.

Please wait for other senior members to share their view on this.
