Hi All,

I applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension in Jun 17 and got visa in May 18.I got visa till MAY 2020.I am eligible for ILR on 5 years basis in July 19 and on 10 years basis in Dec 19.I will decide to apply my ILR on 10 years basis as they are taking too long o Tier 1 Ent. However,I will continue to run my business and full fill employment requirement.

I have question on employment.

Employee -Full time Oct 17 to Dec 17(My visa was in process) 3Months

assuming you apply for ILR on 5-year basis in July 2019, only employment from May 2018 onwards (when extension granted) will be counted

Then on life style break from Jan 18 to April 18
Then Full time again from May 18-July 18(Visa approved in May) 3 Months

Now employee is leaving end of the July 18.I will recruit another employee with same job profile and same hours for another six months.

Second employee-12 months straight

Will it satisfied the employment criteria?

I know on 10 years basis they will not check it this things but in case if something goes wrong then it's just for back up.

Please give valuable feedback.

Of course, you have the option of applying for 5 year ILR in July and varying it to LR in Dec, if it has not been approved by then.

If so, you will need three more months of Job 1 to meet the requirements.Can you explain more?
Job 1 below combination can satisfied employment criteria
Employee 1-Oct to Dec 17 then May to July 18
Employee 2 Aug to Jan 19

If you are going for LR only, then it does not matter either way.Got it

It will be useful if you can point out which change in the guidance you are referring to here. But no, not as far as I am aware. In one case, when your ILR application is made less than 12 months after extension, some of that can be used. But that is not applicable to you.

So I will create June 18-May 19 and other May 19-April 20.Will it satisfied the criteria as somebody said me that I need to create 2 employment for 1 year in last 12 months of my visa(May 2020 so April 19 to April 20)?I think that's wrong info but just want to make sure.

There is no requirement to create 2 jobs in the last 12 months. You only need 2 jobs in your extension period
