ILR 5 year route

Hi
I need information regarding applying for ILR 5 year route
Immigration history is as follows
-Entered UK Oct 2006 as student
-Then again granted leave as student in June 2008 till 2009
-Made in time application in June 2009 but student visa refused
-Appealed then appeal rights exhausted in August 2010.
-Gone for judicial review. Judicial review said make new application. Made application in January 2011 granted student visa again in feb 2011 till May 2012.
-tier 1 entrepreneur application in May 2012
- refused in Oct 2012 as they said time between 2010 Aug to Feb 2011 was unlawful
-but after appeal they granted tier 1 entrepreneur in feb 2014
-made in time application for ILR 10 year route long residence in feb 2017
- rejected in feb 2018 because of overstay during August 2010 to Feb 2011
- appealed against decision in time.
- Appeal still under consideration
Now I want to ask if my rights of appeals last till Feb 2019 and after that my appeal is refused. Can I make ILR application 5 year route with in 14 days? What will be chances of success of that ILR application?
Suggestions needed for any other route for visa except tier 1 entereprenuer extension?
