Hi All,

I am applying ILR for my wife she is on PBS dependent visa. She is an employee and just the share holder of my limited company she never had any other visa type and also she never held any director position. Still do we need to fill the questionnaire?
Also can someone please let me know what are the documents I need to submit in this case?

The questionnaire you are referring to is mainly for Tier 1 GENERAL main visa holders who applied for ILR.
