I wanted to ask this:

1) If you applied and you were refused, this end 3c, but you applied again with 14 days, and it hasn't be decided

2) Now you will be 10yrs in next month in the country

3)can you apply on the 10yrs rule for ILR?

1. What did you apply for that was refused??

I applied for ILR on 5yrs rule, it was refused then, which ended 3c, but applied again within 14days not decided yet.

Now 10yrs next month, can I apply under 10yrs rule?

There are many visa categories under the '5yrs route'. Useful to state WHAT visa route you too and WHAT the refusal reasons were.

You have no posting history so we have no idea what your immigration history and circumstances are, which are useful if you expect any valuable advice from strangers on an internet forum.

The point-based rule reasoned was tax issues or resolved now. Can I make a 10yr rule?

39E of these Rules applies, any current period of overstaying will be disregarded” does that mean the period of overstay will count toward your 10yrs?
