Bus lane charge for ILR?

Hey guys,

I am applying for ILR LR in Aug, my driving license is clean no points, never received any in the last 9 yrs but last week I went to Manchester and Google sat nav took me to a bus only road, anyway I received a PNC of £30 which I've paid. Would this affect my ILR? do I need to declare that? I was reading previous posts and all have advised of mentioning in application is not necessary but I read one post where the ILR application was refused because of this?

Can someone please advise what to do here?

I am planning to go for the premium service in Liverpool.

Thanks

Only convictions recorded on a person's criminal record affect ILR. PCNs, PNCs or FPNs generally have no effect on ILR

Only convictions have to be declared. No need to mention it
