Hi everyone,
When I submitted online, which is not possible to edit it later, I forgot to put my father's name in the box where it says (All given names). I have put only my first name. My father's name is missed. In the box after that box I have put my surname correctly. Will that be an issue in premium service application?
It is not possible to withdraw my application as I cannot get the same appointment and will affect my current expiry date.
Can I correct the mistake on the printed form when I go to premium center at my appointment?
