Dear all,
My T1 E extention has been refused due to accounts issues of the share and the case has been put in the AR process.
My son as my dependant will be illigible for the 10 years long residency in next month. I’ve booked the premium appointment for him.
However, still want to know is it fine when the main applicant’s case in in the process of AR?

Yes. As you are in AR, he is covered by section 3C too.

Just apply for SET(LR) and write to AR team

Dear members,
My T1 entrepreneur extension is in the process of AR and now my son who applied as my dependant is eligible for long residency settlement at the early of next month. And he needs his passport urgently to sit in Trinity English test.
Theoretically we are currently under 3C cover now, however still wondering will it’s working to request Home Office return his passport for ID purpose in this scenario.
Very worried and hope senior members could give me a clue.
Many thanks in advance!

If his application was also refused, then can he
vary a refused application? They
may treat it as a new application.
