Hi everyone;

I have looked thoroughly through the forum to see if any one has got the missing old passport question , but couldn't fine any trait on this. - I need your help. Has any one had their ILR 10yr route refused because of lack of old passport?

I came to the UK in 2008; and the passport with which I entered the country was returned to by government after expiry.
I am applying for my ILR SET (LR) next week in person; and will like to know what documents I should include to explain the missing old passport.

-I have requested and received a SAR from UKBA
-I have requested and received GP letters for my GPs during the old passport period
- I have requested and received all my bank statements covering this period.

I do not have any landlord letters ( I can get hold of landlord). my employer at the time has now shut down.

Are the above documents enough?
Has any one been refused their 10yr ILR because of missing passport?

Please I need help and advise urgently.

The form lists all the examples of what HO expect to see. What about P60s, payslips etc.

Also, have you registered a second username?? This is not permitted on the forum.

So i will not have all my passports when i apply.
What documentations can i provide to show that i did not leave the country in the period the passport covers

Thanks for your prompt reply.

I do not have any P60s dating back to 2008 ( old passport period). I only have this year 2018 p60.
The only documents I have been able to get are GP letters & Bank statements.
I don't know if any one has been refused on this basis.
