10 Yr Route with Different Visa

Hello All,
I need your assistance on the below.
My wife is currently on Tier2-General visa, completing 2.5 years and overall 7 years in UK. Her employer license is cancelled and asked my wife to find a new sponsor. I am on Tier-2 ICT came to uK last month.
In case we can't find another sponsor for her, can she convert her visa to Tier-2 ICT Dependant and would she be eligible for ILR with 10 year route?
