Dear Senior members,
I am applying for ILR next month under Tier 2 (General). I am concerned my salary is under the requirement. My job code is 2311 and the salary threshold for experienced worker is £32,300. My current salary is 28,700 on a 34 hour week. Is my salary under the requirement as I am not sure if the required minimum salary is on a 40 hour week basis or 37 hours... and do I need to meet the 35.5K threshold?

I cannot answer your question, but for anyone who is able to offer advice, kindly note that the SOC 2311 is a PhD level job.
