Please, I need some clarification on whether premium service can be used to make application for ILR Tier 1 Entrepreneur-Premium Service or it has to be a postal application. In addition, does it mean a spouse and children under 18 would only use only one SET (O) or separate forms? And what form would 18+ child use? Thank you

There is no premium service option for ILR from Tier 1 Ent.

One form for you and dependent spouse and children under 18.

Child over 18 must use a separate Set(O) form.
