Hi,
Hope anyone could answer my questions or have gone through similar situation.
My Leave to remain ( refugee status) expires in August 2018 , so I should apply in July 28 days before the expiration of my Leave to remain,
I work as professional on engineering field , if i provide a supporting letters from my employers about what I have been doing; does this help in finalising my case earlier and grant me ILR quickly ...
can i submit my application earlier due to being working and i should provide visa before the expiration of my current refugee status..
thanks for the help and support
much appreciated

There are no early concessions due to employment for SET(P).

Note: 2.1 When does your limited leave to enter or remain expire? Please do not submit your
application earlier than one month before the expiry date of your current leave. See the guidance
notes

Many thanks for the reply
Very much appreciated,
My Leave to remain Expires in the middle of August 2018.
so does it mean being in an employment is not giving me any privilege , especially being in a professional role and can obtain recommendation letters from my employer.
Is it possible i use the premium service then
Thnaks

Employment doesn't give you any special privilege when applying for SET(P). The application can only be submitted by post.

Crucially, you need to explain in the application why you continue to be unable to return to your home country.

Hi ,
Hope everyone is doing well,
I am applying for my ILR SET(P) in a month from now,
i am just wondering if i could fill in the form electronically using a computer typing,
i would like to fill in the SET(P) PDF form using the computer rather than filling in the form by hand , I was just wondering if that would be acceptable,
thanks

My Leave to remain expires on August 15th , I should apply one month before the expiration Date of my Leave to remain and that should be on July 15th which is Sunday, can I apply July 14th which is Saturday and send my application by special delivery that should be received on Monday 16th , does it mean applying on 14th July I am applying early , would HO accept my application. is there any probability my application might be refused
