type of form for ILR application of tier 2 dependant

Hi I have an easy question but I couldnt find the reliable answer anywhere.
I have my ILR couple months ago. Now my wife completed 5 years period. She has tier 2 (genral) depandant visa. Not PBS.
My question is what type of form she has to fill. Some post says it is SET(O) but there are too many questions refering the main tier 2 holder (which I now have my ILR already) some sources says it is SET(M)
can you please advice.
