Hi I am applying in the next two weeks for my ILR as a spouse of British Citizen. My husband’s salary is way above the financial requirement for the home office but he changed his job last week.
Please let me know if his salary will be considered for my ILR as a sponsor?
We have all his payslips and letters from his previous employer as well as his current employer.
Kindly let me know.
Thanks

It is fine however you need to provide 12 months salary evidence instead of 6 months as he changed his job

Hi Zimba,
Thanks for your reply, however he only have 11 months of payslips available with him and awaiting for the last one.
However, those 11 months also makes it way above the financial requirements.
Can you advise please if that’s alright?
He have his employer confirmation letters both from his previous and current employers.
Please advise.

Regards
Ani
