ILR for Dependents Under Tier 2 PBD

Hi,
I just got ILR based on Tier 2 General after completing 5 years, my kids and wife joined me after 1 year of my arrival back in 2013. I know I need to wait for my wife to complete 5 years, but can I apply for ILR of my Kids now(they ll complete 5 year in May-2019)?

Children will follow the same path as your spouse and qualify for ILR when she does.

Hi,
I have a question, I am on ILR now and my family is on Tier 2 PBD visa since Feb-2014, They joined me on 7th May 2014, which is less than 180 Days since they got Visa in Feb-2014. As I can apply their ILR in Feb-2019, but my company Tier 2 Sponsorship License will expire in 30-Jan-2019. Will it affect my family VISA? or they are fine and can submit their ILR application in Feb-2019?

Your dependents are dependent on YOU and not your Tier 2 sponsor!!
